Junior Content Producer, Assistant Events Manager and Alumni at Small Green Shoots

I was an apprentice at Small Green Shoots and was part of their 'Young Shoots Programme', where I was trained in correct office etiquette, technical skills and social skills. I have now graduated and often go back to train and mentor new shoots, give talks and represent the charity.

My responsibilities during my employment included the following:

Create and manage the social media content
Co-ordinate and schedule the social media content (on Hootsuite and Later)
Assist in planning and running projects
Assist in preparing and running our events, including ordering equipment, sending reminders, location recce and running of the events on the day.
Providing technical support with laptops, printers and cameras
Answer the phone, make calls and respond to emails on behalf of the director

Creative Director and Management Assistant at Power In Numbers (Ramonie Management)

I am a member of Ramonie's management team, where we look to develop him as an artist by supporting him with advice in A&R, social, creative direction, live performing and day to day admin which includes, booking studio sessions, executing ideas and communicating with external parties.

Managing Director of Forbidden Kulture

I am the founder and director of a small upcoming clothing brand and community called Forbidden Kulture. I have worked every position here from designing to admin. I produced all of the designs - sourced, designed, printed and managed sales. Here I used all of the skills that I have gathered across my time working and learning and developed more skills to broaden my skillset.

I have had to put my plans for Forbidden Kulture on hold as my workload across work and university does not allow me to have enough time to put the focus that I would like to into it, but I still keep it going by designing and planning for when I do have the time and resources.
